The group is divided into organizations:

Bimbo Organization, which is in charge of brands such as:

Grupo Bimbo divided the organization into two phases, the first is the division of labor which in
turn is divided into hierarchization, departmentalization, job description and the second in
coordination, all these divisions are occupied by group BIMBO to make a clear distinction between
its franchises, its departments and its employees in the sense that each performs various activities
that have together the fulfillment of an objective.

Hierarchy:
The hierarchy of Bimbo is like that of any company starts from the bottom by the employees
passing to the supervisors there managers to pass over them the administrative and shareholders
of the company.

The BIMBO group is departmentalised in this way:

Description of Functions

Each area has its own specific function:

Production is to manufacture the product with the highest customer satisfaction.

The human resources is to keep the company stable between employees and managers

The marketing is that the image of the company is the best possible

and finally finance is to maintain a stable and organized company in all its transactions.

COORDINATION:

The company Bimbo has a good coordination between the different areas for that reason it has
managed to be the main bakery at world-wide level.
Strategies:

1.- Product Strategy. "We develop tasty, healthy and innovative products."

Brand Strategy. "We establish long-term relationships with our consumers."

4.- Margin Increase Strategy. "Increase efficiency to create value."

Motivation:

Grupo BIMBO applies the motivation of its production plants with incentives for outstanding
employees and also outside it supporting sports and some institutions etc.

Communication

BIMBO requires constant communication between employees to ensure that the product is as
expected by the customer.

It also maintains constant communication with the main media to keep abreast of change and that
the advertising is as required.

Supervision

This company has a constant monitoring of the product, advertising and mainly in the finances

CONTROL

Identification of Standards: To achieve a good identification of product quality standards requires

Measurement:

Procedures

The BIMBO procedure is different for each type of bread, but I will specify the BIMBO donuts:

they are passed by a big rotating wheel to be cooled, after being cooled they leave the tray to be
packed 2 by 2 by a machine that catches them and then puts all the labels required to be closed
later by a thermal treatment.

At the end of this process it is accommodated and previously counted and then sold very fresh.

Order Process:

This is done through a computerized system that allows the seller, prepare your order, it is
processed and through modem the factory manufactures it.

The factory does not have an inventory, everything is done according to the orders of each day.
The transportation of the product usually takes place at night so that the time between production
and consumption is as short as possible.
