CCL shall note that the scheme of the steam blow indicated in the P&ID 189963-4LBK-M2594B has been revised and modified as per scheme in attachment. Based on the revised scheme, steam blowing shall now include steam piping with in thermal desalination plant and the steam will be vented past the MED steam piping. Attachment -2 contains the piping layout including the temporary pipe routing to vent the steam to the safe outlet. CCL shall install the temporary piping in accordance to this drawing.
