Bill to require new driver to have a beginner sticker on the back of their car

New drivers all cross the world have never been on the road should have a sticker on he back of the car
to let other drivers know that they are beginners and not to honk or tail them on purpose because they
are going slower since they are new to the roads. To insure the other drivers that cruel and rude
behavior is not nice, if caught they will be fined 100 dollars. To make sure the new student driver has
the sticker on the back of there car, if they are pulled over and they are a student driver with no sticker
then their learners license will be revoked for 4 months. If this behavior continues again their license will
be revoked for 1 year. In new jersey there is a law that requires people under 21 to have a red decal
sticker on the license plate. This was because of crash that killed one teenager and injured two others.
This bill should be passed to allow other drivers around know that a youth is on the road and has less
experience to driving than they do so they should be nicer to them by not honking and using colorful
hand gestures.
