1. Project Supervisor: A Project Supervisor could be the CEO or Deputy CEO who is
responsible for supervising and monitoring of the overall project and defines a reporting
mechanism from the Project Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the project
implementation.
2. Project Manager: A Project Manager is a Chief of IT or Operation who is to oversee the
overall project, assign tasks and define responsibilities to the Supporting Personnel and
monitor their tasks and performances. The Project Manager is also responsible for defining the
project based on the business case, planning the project rollout and ensuring supporting
mechanism.
3. Supporting Personnel: They are the core personnel who are directly engaged in the entire
integration process whose tasks and activities are directly supervised by the Project Manager.
The Supporting Personnel MUST be the following:
a. Operations Manager or Senior Officer
b. Software Development Manager or Senior Officer
c. Network /Connectivity Administrator
