I wanted to pilot ​#observelearning​ at Azusa High and these three awesome math 
teachers (Ms. Dolfi, Mrs. Garcia, & Ms. Elsaadany) volunteered their classrooms for 
educators. We observed students learning in math & gave feedback on students 
learning! 
 
Since it was the day before Thanksgiving break, we did not get many teachers coming 
by to participate in the ​#observelearning​. Hopefully we will do it again soon. 
 
However, we received incredible feedback from the teachers who did participate today. 
After completing the # ​ observelearning​, one of the teachers volunteered her ELD classes 
on the next round. After Ms. Chong, chemistry teacher, completed the ​#observelearning 
she invited us to her 6th period because the students were learning atomic emission 
spectra. We got to observe the students learning & participated in the learning as well! 
 
Today was great professional growth- being invited to other teacher’s classrooms, 
watch the students learn & learn with the students!!! Thank you admins, & high school
