NOTICE: (M.A.) Semester I and III of 2019-20

SUBMISSION OF INTERNAL ASSESSMENT LONG PAPERS

The last date for the submission of the Internal Assessment long papers (final draft)
is as per the following schedule:

M. A. (Previous) – 18th October, 2019 between 10am to 4pm and

M. A. (Final) – 21st October, 2019 between 10am to 4pm.

Each of the four assignments should be submitted in soft copy as well as in

typescript, printed on A4 -- size sheets. The assignments should not be stapled with each
other, but submitted as four separate documents.

Prior to submission of the assignments, each of them should be evaluated for

plagiarism through the turnitin software (between 1st October to 16th October only)
available in the South Campus Library (only for South Campus students) and with
assistance from the office staff who will scan/ turnitin the emailed/ submitted soft copies
(only for North Campus students) on the following email Id’s:

mapreviousnorth@gmail.com(Previous), mafinalnorth@gmail.com(Final)

It will be the ‘similarity index’ score in the turnitin report which will determine the
extent of plagiarism.

Students should submit TWO hard copies of their four assignments (prescribed
word-limit: 750 to 1000 words) to the concerned department office staff (Mr. Parvesh in the
North Campus and Mr. Sanjay in the South Campus).

The hard copies of the four assignments taken together are to be prefaced with a
duly completed cover-page. A facsimile of the cover-page, which students will fill up before
submission, will be uploaded on the department web-site.
