II. Rationale
Grade 12 students of Sgt. Prospero G. Bello High School –Main produce a pottery under the
supervision of sir Melchor B. Matterig. The product was made of cement with old cloth in order to form vase
or pot, this project was very beneficial to everyone aside of helping the environment to prevent clutter we
already know how to make a pot without a lot of expenses. This project is related in our subject
(Entrepreneurship and Organizational and Management).

III. Project Objectives

A. General Objectives
To have a big income and to promote our product in the region
B. Specific Objectives
To learn the students on how they will going to use their stratigies in terms of having income without
spending a lot of money.

IV. Project Descriptive

Visual Arts Start with Eminence is an eco- friendly product, it was made of old cloth and plastics
bottle fill with cement and it was have different colors, sizes, and shapes and painted with
different design. Most of our product is pearl design and half bottle design.

V.Mechanics and Implementation

In pearl and corral design, 1st step get a cement and mix it with water 2nd step cut the clothes or
towel in circle 3rd step time to dip the cloth in the cement 4th step put it in a layover and dry it in 2-3 days 5th
step if it is dry paint it in what color you want .
In monsterbob design, 1step get a 1.5 bottle and
cut it in half 2nd step get small size of bottle and fill
it with water in order to make it heavy 3rd step get
a cement and fill it with water 4th step put the
cement inside the bottle together the small size of
bottle in order to form hole and let it dry 5th step if
it is dry paint it with any color you want and
design it with any style.
Through indorsing our product inside and outside the school it was a big support to sell our
product and easy to increase our profit. This product is not just only for the parents but also to everyone.

VI.Expected output
a. Production capacity and expected outputs
The pots our made of cement so the costumer will expecting that it was it has a great quality. By the
various colors, sizes and design it was the instrumental to have abundant outputs.
b. Project summary of gross sale of products
We have 60 pieces of pots contains of 20 pieces for the small size, 20 pieces for the medium size,
and 20 pieces for the large size. The small size worth of 30 pesos, for the medium size worth of 70 pesos
and for the large size worth of 100 pesos.

A. Market
1. Product Description
Visual Arts Start with Eminence,
 a business that selling various styles, colors, and sizes of pot.
 a business that “swak sa bulsa” for every costumer.
 Eco- friendly business.
2. Target Market
a. houses- every mom they put a pot in their houses either inside and outside the house in order to
highlighting more the front view, side view, back view, or the interior of their houses.
b. school- to make the school more beautiful they plant various flower to have a good looking but
it’s become great stunning when there is a pot which is it helps to beautify the ambiance of the school.
c. office- putting pots with flowers outside the office helps to become alive and adorable in the eyes
of every human being.
3. Price and Pricing
Small Size (dinky design) – 30 pesos each
Medium Size (mongebob design)- 70 pesos each
Large Size (ginantic design)- 100 pesos
4. Terms of sale
We will going to sell our 60 potteries within 1 week to the teachers, parents, officials, and to the
people in the community.
5. Project sale Volume
Dinky Design is 6 inches, it can be put in your table, top of your cabinet and to any stand.
Monsterbob Design is 8 inches, it suitable in your garden or front of your house, you can put any
kind of flower in the pot so as to have a good looking.
Ginatic Design is 2 feet it can be put inside and outside of your house

VASE ( visual arts start with eminence) a trusted business in terms of making potteries because we will
ensure that it is durable and suitable to your home, office, and school so as to give a great ambiance.
3. Technical Production Processes
In making our pot, first that we need to do are, planning on what is the design of pot, second, planning
on what color should be and lastly, planning on how much could be should be the capital in order to know
how much money we will going to retrieve.

The Senior High School Department having a business, which the grade 12 students will going to sell
various pots in order them to learn how to manage a business and how to earn countless money by using
recycled materials.
D. Financial
1. Capital Requirements
In making 60 pots we need 1,000 capital so that we can buy the materials need in making the 60
potteries.
2. Source of Fund
The 10 person in our group they gave 55 pesos each in order to get the capital though it’s only 550
pesos because the 4 person they gave paints and provided the tools in making the pot.

As the table show, if we will going to add the given paints the total cost is 1,110 pesos but if we will
not going to add the given paints the total investment cost are 280 pesos.

Project Income Statement

In selling our product, we expected that we will have 4,000 pesos, so the income of each member of
our group are 285 pesos. In that statement, we retrieve the investment cost.

The Visual Arts Start with Eminence (VASE), a group who have CURE (care, unity, responsible, and

any problems in your pots, we offer the durability, affordable and uniqueness of pot, buy and patronize the
