RE: LETTER OF INTEREST FOR A JOINT VENTURE FOR THE LAND AT GLOVER ROAD.

We have the instruction of our client to indicate interest in a Joint Venture for the construction of
A High Rise building (Minimum 15 to 20 floors) for the above referenced property.

Nigeria Ltd has requested for a meeting with the owner of the said property where details will be
discussed. Kindly arrange a meeting if possible tomorrow as the Partner is travelling on Thursday.

A clear hard copy of the survey plan and other documents should be availed at the meeting. The
Company Profile of the client / investor would be presented at the meeting.
