RESULTS SUBSTANCE

In the evidence I chose the country to which we will export that is the United

States. My product to export is Colombian coffee since I have the certainty of

the infinite possibilities of winning with this product, 85% of the US

population. UU. Recognizes Colombia as a coffee producer; more

importantly: of the people who recognize it, approximately 96% declare that

it is a good tasting coffee.

According to the most recent report of hot drinks presented by Euromonitor,

North America is the second largest market in the world in this category,

where it is only surpassed by China. However, there is no doubt that in terms

of the coffee market, the United States is the most important market, since

in the consumption of hot drinks the participation of coffee is 70%, while the

Chinese market is mainly dominated by tea.

At the time of export it is very important to take into account the economic

changes, both of the country to be exported and the exporting country, and

also take into account the barriers that exist when entering our product to
another country (tariff and non-tariff barriers) so as not to generate loss for

both us and our customers.

In evidence 4 we propose the methodology to be followed for research of the

coffee market in the United States to determine the behavior that ordinary

people have in terms of our products to be exported, to determine how

much demand coffee could have in foreign markets, and of this way to

analyze the viability of companies to establish contacts with them, and

ensure long-term business support.

In evidence 5 we conducted a survey to take into account the degree of

acceptance by the public in the consumption of coffee, of people in their

daily lives and about the acceptance that our products could have, which in

this case, is coffee in In the United States market, the survey produced very

favorable results of 90% of the people surveyed told us that they consume

coffee very often and it is normal, since we have a good product.

In addition I had the opportunity to know the different tastes that people

have for coffee, very varied tastes since some prefer a simple black coffee

and others prefer a cup of coffee with milk the truth is that each one gave

their opinion and opinion, but Of what I am sure is how much I like coffee.
In the investigation carried out we can establish the viability of the

commercialization by its level of acceptance, deducing the following aspects:

 The target population accepts the product in its great majority.

 Product knowledge.

 You can work on product marketing.

 Hereditary consumption, makes it better received.

These are satisfactory results of this study.
