This letter of recommendation is for Ella Nanci, a student I had the privilege to work with during her
time in the University of Arizona, College of Nursing program.

As the Academic Success Coach, I was able to engage with Ms. Nanci as she learned effective study and
life management skills at the beginning of the program. She took those skills and capitalized on them as
she demonstrated the tenacity it takes to complete the nursing program. It was very rewarding to
watch her develop confidence in herself and the ability to apply these skills as she successfully
progressed through the program.

I am excited to see her launch her career and believe she will be a thoughtful and conscientious nurse.
