Anecdotal Note: Describe what you saw the child do and/or heard
the child say.

Emma was playing at the sensory table with the cloud dough. Another child
asked if she could play with her. Emma said, “yes.” Emma watched the other
child pick up some cloud dough and squeeze it in her hands. Then the child
would open her hand and poke at it to make it crumble. Emma picked up
cloud dough in both her hands. She squeezed and opened her hands. She
smiled and then waved her hands around and watched the cloud dough fall
back into the bin.
