INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this addendum is to provide updated information to the Prestige VH/
II AK/AD CDROM 2249768-200 revision 5. This addendum supplements the inĆ
formation contained on the CDROM. When the CDROM is revised, the information
contained in this addendum will be added to the CDROM.
SECTION 2
DUAL FOOTSWITCH FRU PART NUMBER
The part number listed in the CDROM for the Prestige dual footswitch (197799P005)
is incorrect. The correct part number is 2135299 (dual footswitch EMC version with
cover).
SECTION 3
ULTRANET SRI COLLIMATOR FRU PART NUMBER
The part number listed in the CDROM for the Prestige Ultranet SRI Collimator
(861333P015) is incorrect. The correct part number is 45296713.

FILM CASSETTE DETECTION BAR ADJUSTMENT
The RG0012 procedure listed in the CDROM for the Prestige Film Cassette DetecĆ
tion Bar Adjustment" is incorrect. Following is the correct procedure.
3. Refer to Illustration 1-3 and 1-2. The microswitch on/off engagement should
be set so that, when the front cassette detection arm center piece is raised to a
distance 17.5 mm (+/- 0.5 mm) from the top surface of the cassette tray, the
switch just switches between on/off. Loosen the two screws holding the microĆ
switch to the SFD frame and retighten when the correct on/off position is
achieved.

There is no part number listed in the Prestige II CDROM for the "white flexible hose
on top of the tube arm." The correct part number is 853002P015. It is a FRU code 2.

Add the following note to step 3 of Job Card IN0009, Tube Arm Installation:
Note: When you connect the laptop to the Prestige table using connector DB9 on
the 2A80 CPU board , you must check the settings of switches SW133 and
SW139. When using GPX cable (part number 2128821), set switches SW133
and SW139 on the 2A80 CPU board in position 2-3. When using MPG cable
(part number 2103512), set switches SW133 and SW139 on the 2A80 CPU
board in position 1-2.

The 18 meter long stator cable 2145653-2 part number has been replaced by
2145653-4, FRU 2.
The 24 meter long stator cable 2145653-3 part number has been replaced by
2145653-5, FRU 2.

FLAT PANEL DISPLAY CONNECTOR BRACKET

When you replace the flat panel display (part number 2148762) on the Prestige II conĆ
sole, the cable connector bracket shown is not included. Remove the bracket and
install it onto the replacement flat panel display. The bracket is held on with rivets.
Remove the rivets carefully. Reinstall the bracket using nuts and bolts which must be
provided locally.
SECTION 12
TABLE TOP FRU CHANGE
The carbon fiber table top (model number 830948P022 manufactured by TOPKEY) is
no longer available as a FRU replacement. Instead order the phenolic table top model
number 832871P012. The reason is that the TOPKEY carbon fiber table tops may
show artifacts. FMI 10757 will replace all TOPKEY carbon fiber table tops with the
phenolic version.
