1. Right to know when they purchase a ticket any important restrictions on


how that ticket may be used.

2. Right to special assistance.

3. Right to having a ticket or Permit to Travel before getting in any


transportation where Penalty Fares apply.

4. Right to access to transport for disabled persons and persons with reduced
mobility at no additional cost.

5. Right to know the information when the service is cancelled or delayed in


departure.

6. Right of reimbursement of the full ticket price or rerouting in case of


cancellation or long delay.

7. Right to keeping the passenger informed before and during their journey
about on-board services, station calling points and any delays that might affect
the journey.

8. Right to Transportation and Baggage Conveyance.

9. Right to submit complaints to the carriers.

10. Right to know the Terms and Conditions of the Contract of Carriage.
