ALBAR, Dezza Marie B.

- I conclude that the experiment Subcellular Components of the Cell is time-consuming yet
fun to do because we got to see the reaction of centrifuged blended liver with 16 different
chemical reagents. I say that it is time-consuming because we divided the liver into five
parts which is the homogenous mixture, precipitate one, precipitate two, precipitate three,
and filtrate three. Each is then mixed with 16 chemical reagents which equals to 64 tests.
The results of the 64 tests differ from one another as well as its microscopic view.

CUADRANTE, Tricia

- I therefore conclude that when you use the centrifuge machine, the solution’s precipitate
and filtrate will separate from each other. Each reagents have different reactions on the
liver precipitate as well as on its filtrate. The more liquefied the solution is, the harder it is to
view on the microscope.
