    The Hunting Solid Wire Finder is designed to locate and ball the upper end
    of the broken wireline in the wellbore during fishing operations. The wire
    can then be engaged by a wireline grab and retrieved.

    The wire finder is deployed into the well attached to a light fishing toolstring by
    means of a dummy rope socket and pulling tool. Once the wirefinder has located
    the end of the broken wire ( weight loss witnessed ) jarring down for a minimal
    distance will ball the broken wire in the wellbore.

    When ordering please specify Hunting product number and actual OD of


    tool required.

    The wire finder is deployed into the well attached
