Alpha-Beta

The Collective Negotiation Agreement: -

As the negotiation agreement is entered by ALPHA Inc. an Electrical
company and BETA Inc. a manufacturer of integrated electrical machinery.

Reason for Negotiation: - To manufacture Robots and a marketing Tie-up.

Agreement validity: – 7 years

Final Agreement: -
1. The number of different models be involved are 2.
2. The Quantity of Beta Inc units to be imported and/or produced under license
by Alpha during each year will be 400 units.
3. The unit price to be paid to Beta will be 1 lakh.
4. Access to Alpha’s Vision technology only from years 1 through 4 and no
access from the years 5-7.
5. The royalty to be paid to Beta 15%.
