B) You will have Sales Acumen, and Skilling Assessment - This will be chaired by 3-
4 people in the company to ask Questions related to your presentation skills, and
Over the Phone, and Email Skills.

How to identify prospects - 5 Marks. (From PPT shared)
How to compare with the competition - 5 Marks
How to position your company - Virtuos - 5 marks

C) Your Oraganizational and Sales Readiness - LinkedIn, Twitter content, your

followers, your activitity
Digital Dexterity (Social) - 10 Marks. ( How you are placed on
Your Content Readiness - 10 Marks. (Preparation of templates, managing folders on
PC, and having ready content to answer customer queries.

Total 100 Marks:

65% Pass mark

If Failed, you will have second attempt - with 75% minimum score,.
If you fail second time, you will not be fit to be in Sales, and will either be asked to
random jobs or provide any internal jobs.
