Research Methodology

The purpose of study is to analyse influence of employees’ loyalty on corporate success. The

generalized topic was providing me the basic details of the subject I am going to conduct the

research on, however for the deeper understanding the first step I took is literature view, which

has provided me somehow a better picture of the topic and problems that the world population

is dealing with regarding this issue. For acquiring deeper knowledge regarding the subject, then

I headed toward designing the questionnaire that based on qualitative and quantitative approach

of study. As I wanted to extract information that is transparent and numeric simultaneously,

therefore, I chose qualitative study, which will provide me the data through suggestions, and

somehow opinion orientated answer recording and quantitative, which would help me

acquiring the statistical data, respectively. The combination of both approaches will going to

provide me the insight reason of this issue, moreover I would be able to conclude the result in

final stages more clearly, that how organization success will be influence by the employees’

loyalty . So overall, the research is of mixed type.

Methods for analysis

The mixed approach chosen for designing a questionnaire based on twenty-five questions,

which would be able to collect the data of two types quantitative and qualitative. I prefer to

choose the similar kind of a sample that are corporate staff, so genre of my study is cross-

sectional and explanatory to some extent. Although employee is the basic need of corporate

culture on the earth, but as I am analysing the behaviour by applying the different theories.

Therefore, corporate staff are the most familiar sample to me according to my experience that

is why I am choosing them to be the respondents of this particular research questionnaire.

Once my questionnaire approved, then I would be able to record answers through the designed

survey, and this will be my next stage of research. After completing the stage of collection of
data, for sampling of the quantitative data I would rather go for the easiest presentation of data,

Pi-Chart, for further investigation Correlation and cross tabulation table will be construct. For

the qualitative part, the report will be generate through the software after inserting codes,

memos and related quotation.
