Sir,
We beg to state that, we are the employee of TAI under UNHCR Partnership as Field Registration
Assistant, We are some People whose are from far away and we all Know that at this time getting
bus/train ticket is not so easy and 15 August will be govt. holiday and 16,17 are also holidays. So if
you allow all of us a general leave on 15th August so that we can get a long vacation and it will be
inspiration for us to work more hard.
So we are cordially requesting you to approve our leave.
