CONCLUSION

In the realization of this project we took the decision on starting all the activities we
could at the same time in order to shorten the time of the project, because we
notice the total time between each type of activities was very long and we assume
we have a lot of money and resources (work groups) to do activities at the same
time. We also work by subdividing the activities according to each pier o span in
order to continue the next type of activity and work on the second sub-activity
simultaneously. Also, we had to add new activities like: the transfer of the
machinery (Crane and pile hammer) to the barge for the mobilization across the
river, activities that where not shown on the list of activities provided. The total
duration of the project is: 291 days, and the final date of the project is July 10th,
2019. In the execution of this paper we learn to organize a construction project,
using Microsoft Project and we observed that the calculations are way efficient and
quick, compared to the calculation done in class.
