Day before:
_ gatorades in fridge
_ tables and chairs
_ knives and cutting boards from tammy
_ get cash boxes (3)
_ food in gym strip room and water in staff room

Day of before it starts:

_ coolers with gatorades and ice - trainers room
_ make lunch boxes
_ coolers with lunch boxes and ice

During the day:

_ make sure the coolers are stocked with ice
_ track the things that we are selling on the spreadsheet (every unit)

After the day

_ inventory
_ additional shopping?
_ clean up (things back into the fridge)
