S-38/19 REVISED AERONAUTICAL CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL

FLIGHT OPERATIONS IN KARACHI & LAHORE FIRs
(Replace NOTAM A0536/19, A0537/19 & A0646/19)
1. With effect from 0001 UTC 01st November, 2019.
2. Permanent.
3. The following Aeronautical charges have been revised for International Flight Operations in Karachi &
Lahore FIR’s (OPKR/OPLR) :
i. Landing Charges
ii. Refueling Bay charges
iii. Aero Bridge charges
iv. Pre-Conditioned Air Facility charges
v. Terminal Navigation Charges
vi. Passenger Based charges (Embarkation Fee)
vii. Airport Charges.
4. The details of each element is described below:
i. LANDING CHARGES
Landing Charges at all airports has been revised as per following details:-

Peak hours landing charges are applicable @ 25% at Lahore and Islamabad Airports has been
withdrawn.
ii. REFUELING BAY CHARGES:
After two hours, an additional fee at the rate of 2% of the landing fee is applicable on account of
refueling bay charges for every 15 minutes or part thereof has been withdrawn.
iii. AERO BRIDGE GATE CHARGES:

The Aero Bridge Gate charges at all airports have been revised as follow:-

iv. PRE-CONDITIONED AIR FACILITY CHARGES:

Pre-Conditioned Air facility charges are fixed for initial one hour US$120/hr and US$ 30 for
each 15 minute or part thereof beyond 01 hour for international aircraft.
v. TERMINAL NAVIGATION CHARGES:
Terminal Navigation Charges for international flights at airports are revised as follows:.

vii. AIRPORT CHARGES:

Airport charges payable by the passengers, earlier paid at the rate of US $ 20.00 have been rationalized
for payment at a fixed amount of Pakistan Rupees (Rs.2800.00) per departing international passenger.
No airline is to charge any amount from the passengers on account of difference in airport charges at
check-in counters (i.e difference due dollar rate variation etc).
5. Amend AIP Pakistan page GEN 4.1 & GEN 4-2 accordingly.
