1 onion, minced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
½ kg ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Dried rosemary
Salt and Pepper
Butter (Kerri gold)
Salad
1 cup arugula
2 tbsp full fat mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 medium white onion diced
½ cup cheddar cheese cubed
½ cup cooked bacon
1. In a big bowl, combine ingredients for burger patty. Mix well to fully incorporate. Set aside in
the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
2. Heat butter. Scoop around ½ cup of meat mixture and form into a patty. Pan fry in hot oil for
3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved. Transfer on plates lined with
paper towel to drain excess oil. Set aside.
