    - Install app and run it

    - Select Solver
    - In "Node Locked Licence" menu select "Registration"
    - Copy any of "MACHINE" values in "REGISTRATION" Window (also is available in
    "lstc.log" into install dir)
    - Run as administrator "License Generator_DownLoadLy.iR.exe" and paste that code to
    it and Enter... "lstc_file" will be generate.
    - In "Node Locked Licence" menu select "Import License File" and import "lstc_file"
