DISCUSSIONS
Conclusions/Implications (for your profession):
In my opinion, as a future leader it is very necessary to learn all the knowledge about

technology. Also, it is important in order to implement the technology in a school

community. It will help a lot to manage and share the data, learn, shadow moreover,

correct strategy of how and which technology principal and device needs to be used

can bring a huge success to effectively lead the school.

REFLECTIONS
Student’s Reflections (changes to your understanding; implications for your
school/work):
In order to become a successful school leader or to be an effective leader at any

organization not only the public speaking, being persuasive and knowing how to deal

with the time management and make decisions is important. In order to send the

information that you received right technology principles and tools needs to be used.

Knowledge and education about how use technology to benefit the school community

is important. Technology is developing every year, leaders need to provide to the staff

and students with new devices and understand the benefits of doing this. Because it

means that school is operating quickly with the developments, it is beneficial for the

students to become more modern and think outside of box before going to the college.

To become a n effective leader all the aspects need to be considered and implemented

when needed.
