Section 3, Section 4, ARTICLE II - MEMBERSHIP ‘The membership in the association shall be open and voluntary. The application form shall be in writing (Form shall be accomplished in 3 copies and can be secured from the secretary), The duly filled-up forms and the payment shall be endorsed to the Treasurer; membership fee and other obligation required by the association. After payment of all the required obligations, the filled - up forms should be brought to the President for signature and approval. The duly approved application form should be submitted to the Secretary for official entry in the Registry Book of members. ‘Alter having been registered by the Secretary as member, the distribution of the approved application forms shall be: (Ist) first copy to the OSCA head, 2nd copy to the Secretary and 3rd copy to the member. ARTICLE IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS To pay all obligations as required by the association Auend all meetings and other activities of the association “IF POSSIBLE” To inform the Secretary or President of the association of a member who cannot attend meetings or any activities. letter or verbal notification by a friend/neighbor, co-member or any representative can be sufficient information ARTICLE V - RIGHTS OF MEMBER Attend all meetings. Participate in the discussion of issues brought before the assembly. To vote and be voted upon to any position in the association. To receive any benefit due to each member.
