In line with this, we have identified parcels of land affected by the aforementioned project. May we respectfully inform
you that your property denominated as Lot № 7458-E located at Brgy. Batuan, Pototan, Iloilo, will be partially
affected.

We assure you however that we will negotiate with you for the payment of the just compensation should your property
is found compensable.

Consequently, in order to facilitate the validation of the just compensation, please submit the following required
documents, to wit:

1. Electronic (blue) copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title of the subject property from the Registry of Deeds;
2. Original copy of the recent Tax Declaration from the Assessor’s Office;
3. Original copy of the Real Property Tax Clearance from the Treasurer’s Office together with the Official Receipt;
4. Vicinity Plan or Sketch Plan, if any;

7. Original copy of the Special Power of Attorney, in case the registered owner wishes to appoint an Attorney-in-Fact
to represent him/her regarding the subject claim, especially if there are several registered owners. The same should
be annotated at the back of the Transfer Certificate of Title of the subject property;
8. Original copy of the Board Resolution and Secretary’s Certificate in case the registered owner appearing in the
