Indeed, this world is full of innovation. As the quotations said, "the only thing that is constant in
this world is change." A lot of advancements and innovation has been prove on this generation.
Many entrepreneurs try to think of a way how a specific product will be changed, as every
needs and wants of customers is constantly changing.

On the first video, on the cartoon Caveman, we can see and formulate idea that innovation can
be good or bad. Good in terms of the customers satisfaction on the innovation of a certain
product. On how innovation will catch the attention of every customers, and the satisfaction
whether they like it or not. Bad in terms of how will customer reacts to the changes on the
product and the level of success on the innovation of a product. Some customers cannot easily
adopt to the changes of a certaiin product or service, and some innovation is not always
successful. I'm not saying that innovation is always unsuccessful, some products innovates
Successfully and can be used effectively.

While on the second video, we can see that some corporations changes the perception of a
normal type of an office. Google changes the perspective of every people on a usual office or
corporation. The Google office are not only about aesthetics but also hatching ideas and
transforming the world. Google ensures employees are given the most inspirational, flexible and
unique work By having workplaces that are beautiful and interesting, employees become more
productive. People will look forward to coming to work instead of counting down the minutes to
freedom.

On the third video, which is on the innovation of the equipments used to produce a cake and
other pastries. We can conclude that innovation of machines and equipments decreases the
needed labor and the time it consumes. And it increases the ease of movement of the cakes if it
is manufactured or still on the work in process.

And lastly, which can conclude all of this is the motivational speech to be a successful
entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is someone that creates. An entrepreneur is someone that
innovates. An entrepreneur is someone that successful and unsuccess. An entrepreneur is not
like everyone else, In fact, being like everyone else would be the ultimate failure.
