Note:-

1. Interview and Submission of fee 28-9-2017 to 3-10-2017.

2. Timing 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (Monday to Thursday), 8:30 to 12:00 pm (Friday).
3. The students are directed to bring their original documents for verification.
4. The admission will be cancelled if any document/certificate of the student found fake
at any stage during study and he cannot claim return of deposited fee.
5. If any candidate fail to deposit his dues and obtain Roll No till 3-10-2017, he will lose
the right of admission and seat will be offered to the next candidate on merit.
6. Fee will be deposited in "The Bank of Punjab" Central Model School Branch
Lahore.
7. 2nd Merit of BS-IT 4 Years Degree Program 2017 will be displayed on 4-10-2017 at
2:00 pm subject to the availability of seats.
