2nd semester Due May 6th

Each student will responsible for 12 pages in an altered book about art history. Choose 3 time
periods form each 8 listed below for a total of twelve.

EXTRA CREDIT will be earned by any students who illustrate all 32 time periods.

REMEMBER THIS IS AN ART PROJECT

• These pages should be all together in your altered book in the front, middle or back.
• Time periods should be in chronological order. (try)
• Use internet pictures, color is best or drawings, collages or paintings that you create.
• Facts in text, handwritten neatly or typed. Choose interesting facts about the time
periods, famous artists, and architecture or furniture designs to tell a story about the
time.
• Decorative background reflecting the time period in design and style.
• You may use this book for other art or journaling as well. It’s yours to keep. I think you
will find tremendous value in this once it’s complete.
