Please note the following:

1) NS inventory labels are designed for standard 2” x 4” label stock

2) Most 4” width printers can be used – minor modification of the label report template may be required for
printers not listed above
3) 2” width printers other than those listed above generally require minor modification of the landscape label
report template
4) Thermal transfer printing technology is strongly recommended due to greater clarity and longevity of
labels. Inkjet and direct thermal printing are not recommended, particularly for warehouse or outdoor
applications
