Project 1

1. Download the closing prices of the share of the company assigned to you along with
Pakistan stock exchange index for the last 12 months ending in 6/2019 and calculate
beta of the company
2. Download the history of the dividend for last 5 years for the company assigned to you
and find price of the share by using dividend discount model.
3. Download the financial reports of the company assigned to you for last five ears and
estimate the value of share by using free cash flow method.
4. Download the financial reports of the company assigned to you for last five ears and
estimate the value of share by using residual equity cash flow method.
5. Download the closing stock prices of the four companies form the sector in which
company assigned to you is listed. Download earning per share and book value per share
from financial reports for year ending on 6/2019 and calculate the following
 Price of the share by using P/E Multiple and Book to market Multiple
 Price of the share by using Book to market Multiple
