NOTICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE AGRIFLEX CORPORATION

Date: October 20, 2019

It has become apparent that many employees have begun to misuse our email system.
Since we desire to be professional at all times, it is of the utmost importance that everyone
follows our email policy.

It is important that all emails are handled in a professional manner. As such, all emails must
maintain a formal and respectful tone. Any disrespect within emails shows a lack of
professionalism from the sender and will reflect badly upon them, potentially resulting in
disciplinary action.

All employees are also reminded that all emails must never contain inappropriate content.
Such content includes illegal, libelous and offensive statements as well as harassment of
any kind. These emails diminish the company as a whole and will not be tolerated.

In addition, company email must only be used for company business. Any use of company
email for personal use is strictly prohibited and will result in direct consequences for any
employees involved.

It is also important that all employees are reminded that all emails sent using the company’s
system are company property. Agriflex reserves the right to search all such emails as it
deems necessary. This right extends to any emails archived within our internal servers,
which include emails that may have been previously deleted from an employee’s account.
Since this is the case, it is important that all employees remember to not abuse company
email.

Any violations of email policy will result in strict disciplinary measures to all employees
responsible. These disciplinary actions will range from warnings to termination of all involved
employees depending on the severity of the violation. These penalties will apply to all
employees regardless of position and time spent within the company.

For full details about the email policy and possible disciplinary actions please refer to
section 13.5 of your employee manual.

While there does not appear to be any severe violations as of now, it is important that all
employees follow company policy so that no such violations occur.
