Taking this year? Wishing you all the best.

Ang tip ng prof namin is stick to the books/reviewer you've read in law school. Para di manibago.
Choose the one that you would say, ahh this book mad me pass this subject. It has to be the most
comprehensive. No book will ever be complete but some would hit all the topic.

Here is mine:
1) Political Law- Nachura's Outline Reviewer in Political Law (almost complete, halos andun) Be wary
though, the newer edition has no section in Public International Law(PIL). I hope the 2018 has one
now. Dun kami binigla last time. Good thing my PDF copy of his book (2015?) has the section on
PIL.
2) Labor Law- UST Golden Notes but was not happy. Thankfully ok yung bar reviewer namin si Dean
Salvador Poquiz. Labor was weak subject in law school but Dean Poquiz lectures made me
appreciate more.
3) Civil Law-I stick to Aquino's Civil Law Reviewer. One volume e unlike Rabuya or Paras. the most
comprehensive subject?
4) Taxation- Mickey Ingles' Taxation Law Made Less Taxing. Easiest to read on all of them. Pero may
mga kulang pa rin like CMTA but I think I understand Taxation more because of him.
5) Criminal Law- San Beda's Memory Aid in Criminal Law. Not happy with the presentation. Just
concepts, dapat may situational. I go back to Reyes. In this part, ikaw bahala.
6) Mercantile Law- Aquino and Sundiangs Commercial Law Reviewer. Solve ka na dito.
7) Remedial Law- I actually used two materials here. Riano's Bar Lecture Series books and Albano's
Remedial Law Reviewer. And surprise. Riano was our examiner. Kita pa lang sa mga questions e.
Mababasa mo sa book nya.
8) Legal Ethics- Funa's Legal Ethics book (Central Bookstore) and any legal form book (just search
for forms na papagawain kayo like Judicial Affidavit).
Your goal is to read those books once before the end of bar review. Sa mismong pre-week na,
please seect the book that you would read and 1 lang. You would forget those you've learn. So
refresh lang.
