SANTIAGO, TO GRANT PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT INCENTIVE (PEI) TO ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARILAO, PROVINCE OF BULACAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013, WHEREAS, pursuant to Budget Cireular No, 2013-3 dated 21 November, 2013 issued by the Sceretary of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Hon.
