Read the information given below thoroughly before you apply.

आवेदन करने से पहले नीचे दी गई जानकारी को पढ़।

1. Read all the Information in CEN 01/2019 (NTPC) carefully before you start filling the Online Application
Form.
ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉम भरना शु करने से पहले CEN 01/2019 (NTPC) की सभी जानकारी सावधानीपूवक पढ़।

2. Candidate should apply to only one RRB. If duplicate applications are found for any candidate at any
point of time, then all the applications will be rejected
उ ीदवार को केवल एक RRB पर आवेदन करना चािहए। यिद िकसी उ ीदवार के िलए िकसी भी समय पर डु केट आवेदन पाए जाते ह,
तो सभी आवेदन अ ीकार कर िदए जाएं गे।

3. After submission of application, candidates can change any of the details mentioned in the application
except selected RRB, email ID and mobile number by paying the modification fee of Rs.100/-(non-
refundable). Such modification can be done twice only.
आवेदन जमा करने के बाद, उ ीदवार आवेदन म उ खत िकसी भी िववरण को केवल चयिनत RRB, ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर के
अलावा, शेष के सभी िववरणों को .100/-(नॉन रफंडे बल) का संशोधन शु का भुगतान करके बदल सकते ह। इस तरह के संशोधन
केवल दो बार िकया जा सकता है । .

4. The selection of RRB once exercised shall be final and no change in RRB zone shall be entertained
further.
एक बार योग िकए जाने वाले RRB का चयन अंितम होगा और RRB ज़ोन म कोई बदलाव नही ं िकया जाएगा।

5. Application Procedure / आवे दन की ि या

Step 1:
Registration :In this stage, candidates should enter their basic details like Name, DOB, Aadhaar
Details, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Matriculation Roll number & Year of Passing, Mobile number
and Email ID.
Before submitting for registration, ensure and confirm that all the information furnished is
correct as the details furnished for registration cannot be changed later. Please note that the
email ID used for the registration must be yours and unique. Also note that both the email ID and
mobile number will be verified with an OTP before confirming the registration of the candidate.

चरण 1 :
पंिजकरण : इस चरण म उमीदवार को अपना नाम, ज ितिथ, िलंग, आधार िववरण, िपता का नाम, माता का नाम, मेिटकुलेशन रोल नंबर
तथा उ ीण होने का वष, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल ID जैसे बुिनयादी िववरणों का पंजीकरण िकया जाना चािहए।

पंजीकरण के िलए ुत करने से पहले, सुिनि त कर और पुि कर िक सुस त सभी जानकारी सही है ोंिक पंजीकरण के िलए ुत
िववरण, बाद म नही ं बदला जा सकता है । कृपया ान द िक पंजीकरण के िलए उपयोग की गई ईमेल आईडी आपकी होनी चािहए और अनूठी
होनी चािहए। यह भी ान द िक ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर दोनों को उ ीदवार के पंजीकरण की पुि करने से पहले एक OTP के साथ
स ािपत िकया जाएगा।

Step 2:
Verification of Email ID & Mobile Number :Once the Registration details are submitted, an OTP will be
sent to your registered email ID and another OTP to your registered mobile number. Click on the “Verify
through OTP” link on the Home page of the online registration portal and enter the OTP received on
your email and mobile in the respective fields. After validation of both the OTPs, the Registration
Number will be generated and displayed. Also the registration details will be sent to your email ID and
mobile number.
 चरण 2 :
मोबाइल नंबर और ई मेल आईडी का स ापन : पंजीकरण िववरण ुत करने के बाद, एक OTP आपके पंजीकृत ईमेल आईडी और दू सरे
OTP को आपके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा जाएगा। ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण पोटल के होम पेज पर “वे रफाई ू OTP” िलंक पर क
कर और संबंिधत े ों म अपने ईमेल और मोबाइल पर ा OTP दज कर। दोनों OTP's के स ापन के बाद, पंजीकरण सं ा उ और
दिशत की जाएगी। साथ ही पंजीकरण का िववरण आपके ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा जाएगा।

Step 3:
Part-I Application: Candidates can proceed with the online application by clicking on the “Candidate
Login” link on the home page using the registration number and Date of Birth. At this stage, candidate
needs to enter his personal details of eligibility criteria like Qualification, Community, Gender, Religion,
etc. Candidate’s eligibility for various age relaxations will also be obtained at this stage.

चरण 3 :
भाग-1 ए ीकेशन : उ ीदवार पंजीकरण सं ा और ज ितिथ का उपयोग करके होम पेज पर "अभयथ लॉिगन" िलंक पर क करके
ऑनलाइन आवेदन के साथ आगे बढ़ सकते ह। इस र पर, उ ीदवार को यो ता, समुदाय, िलंग, धम, आिद जैसे पा ता मानदं डों के अपने
गत िववरण दज करने की आव कता होती है । इस चरण म िविभ आयु छूट के िलए उ ीदवार की पा ता भी ा की जाएगी।

Step 4:
Payment stage :Fee Payment is mandatory for all the candidates. Fee of Rs.500/- is required to be paid
by all the candidates except candidates belonging to fee exempted categories, however an amount of
Rs.400/- will be refunded if the candidate appears in CBT. Fee of Rs.250/- will be payable by the
candidates belonging to fee exempted categories, which will be refunded if the candidate appears in
CBT. The candidates can proceed for Fee Payment through one of the following modes:
Net Bank/ Debit/Credit Card(transaction charges as applicable): Candidates can make their
Payment through Net banking or Debit card or Credit card.
SBI Bank Challan(No transaction charges): Candidates can download the Bank Challan prefilled
with their specific details and make the payment in any branch of SBI.
Post Office Challan(Transaction/Processing charges extra): Candidates can download the Postal
Challan prefilled with their specific details and make the payment in any computerized post office
across the country.
Bank details : Candidates who appear in 1st stage of CBT are eligible for refund as per Para 7 of the
notification. The examination fee will be refunded into the same account through which the payment
was made in the case of online payment. Such candidates who do not want to receive the refund in
the same account and the candidates who have paid through Postal Challan and Bank challan, should
provide the details of beneficiary account viz. Beneficiary name, Bank name, Account number and
IFSC Code in which they would like to receive the refund. Confirm that the details entered in this page
are correct as these details cannot be modified once submitted. Refund of fee will be made duly
deducting bank charges to the beneficiary account only.
चरण 4 :
भुगतान चरण : सभी उ ीदवारों के िलए शु भुगतान अिनवाय है । शु छूट वाली ेिणयों के उ ीदवारों को छोड़कर, सभी उ ीदवारों ारा
500 / - पये का भुगतान िकया जाना आव क है , हालांिक उ ीदवार को CBT म कट होने पर 400 / - की रािश वापस की जाएगी।
शु छूट ेिणयों से संबंिधत उ ीदवारों ारा । 250 / - का शु दे य होगा, जो रािश उ ीदवार को वापस की जाएगी। उ ीदवार
िन िल खत भुगतान िविधयों म से एक के मा म से शु भुगतान के िलए आगे बढ़ सकते ह

नेट बक / डे िबट / े िडट काड (लागू होने पर लेनदे न शु ): उ ीदवार अपना भुगतान नेट बिकंग या डे िबट काड या े िडट काड के
मा म से कर सकते ह।

SBI बक चलान (कोई लेनदे न शु नही ं): उ ीदवार अपने िविश िववरण के साथ बक चलान को डाउनलोड कर सकते ह और भुगतान
SBI की िकसी भी शाखा म कर सकते ह।

डाकघर चलान (लेन-दे न / सं रण शु अित र ): उ ीदवार अपने िविश िववरणों के साथ पूव-िनधा रत डाक चलान डाउनलोड कर
सकते ह और दे श भर के िकसी भी क ूटरीकृत डाकघर म भुगतान कर सकते ह।

बक िववरण: CBT के थम चरण म उप थत होने वाले अ थ , अिधसूचना के पैरा 7 के अनुसार रफंड हे तु पा होंगे। ऑनलाइन भुगतान के
मामले म परी ा शु उसी खाते म रफंड िकया जाएगा िजससे भुगतान िकया गया होगा। जो अ थ उस खाते म रफंड के इ ु क नही ं हों
और िजन अ िथयों ने डाक चलान और बक चलान के मा म से भुगतान िकया हो, वे उस लाभाथ खाते के िववरण जैसे िक लाभाथ का नाम,
बक का नाम, खाता सं ा और आईएफएससी कोड दान कर िजसम वे रफंड ा करना चाहते ह। इस प े पर दज िववरणों के सही होने
की पुि कर ोंिक ये िववरण एक बार दज िकए जाने के बाद संशोिधत नही ं िकए जा सकते ह। शु का ितदाय ( रफंड), समुिचत बक
भारों की कटौती करने के उपरा ही लाभाथ खाते म िकया जाएगा।

Step 5 :
Post Preference & Qualification and other details:The most important details furnished by the
candidates in this stage are their preferences for the various posts they are eligible for. If the candidate
 is eligible for more than one post based on his educational qualification and other details furnished, he
must set the priority/preferences for the posts. The list of posts (in the selected RRB) for which a
candidate is eligible will be displayed. The candidates can set their priority/preferences by clicking on the
“Set Preference” button for the various posts that they are eligible for, in the RRB they are applying to.
The candidate can fill in the preferences for all the posts listed, or a few of them as per his choice. But at
least one preference must be given.
The scribe details (if applicable) with the photograph should be entered in this stage. The scribe
photograph should satisfy all conditions specified in Step 6. The candidates also need to give their
preference of language for the exam, address for communication & details for free travel authority (if
applicable). Educational Qualification and Other Qualification details (if any) should also be filled at this
stage.

चरण 5:
पो वरीयता और यो ता और अ िववरण : इस चरण म उ ीदवारों ारा ुत सबसे मह पूण िववरण उन िविभ पदों के िलए उनकी
ाथिमकताएं ह िजनके िलए वे पा ह। यिद उ ीदवार अपनी शै िणक यो ता और सुस त अ िववरणों के आधार पर एक से अिधक पदों
के िलए यो है , तो उसे पदों के िलए ाथिमकता / ाथिमकताएं िनधा रत करनी चािहए। पदों की सूची (चयिनत आरआरबी म) िजसके िलए
एक उ ीदवार पा है , दिशत िकया जाएगा। अ थ अपनी ाथिमकता / ाथिमकताएं उन िविभ पदों के िलए “सेट ेफरस” बटन पर
क करके िनधा रत कर सकते ह, िजनके िलए वे यो ह, िजस RRB म वे आवेदन कर रहे ह। उ ीदवार अपनी पसंद के अनुसार सूचीब
सभी पदों, या उनम से कुछ के िलए वरीयताओं को भर सकता है । लेिकन कम से कम एक वरीयता दी जानी चािहए।

त ीर के साथ ै ब का िववरण (यिद लागू हो) को इस चरण म दज िकया जाना चािहए। ै ब की त ीर को चरण 6 म िनिद सभी शत को
पूरा करना चािहए। उ ीदवारों को परी ा के िलए भाषा की वरीयता, संचार के िलए पता और मु या ा ािधकरण के िलए िववरण (यिद लागू
हो) भी दे ना चािहए। शैि क यो ता और अ यो ता िववरण (यिद कोई हो) भी इस र पर भरा जाना चािहए।

Step 6:
Upload of Photo, Signature & Document:
Upload Scanned Color Images of Photograph and SC/ST certificate (if applicable) complying with the
following requirements:
The scanned images of candidate photograph,signature, SC/ST certificate(if applicable) should be in
jpg/jpeg format only with 100 DPI. Dimension of photograph image should be 35mm X 45mm only.
Size of the photo image must be greater than 20KB and less than 50 KB.
Size of the signature image must be greater than 10KB and less than 40 KB.
Size of the SC/ST certificate image must be greater than 50 KB and less than 100 KB.
The color photograph must have been taken on or after 01-01-2019.
The photograph, signature and document should satisfy all the conditions specified in the CEN.
Check the sample of acceptable photographs in the Photo Upload page and upload your photo
accordingly.

चरण 6:
त ीर, ह ा र और द ावेज अपलोड कर:

िन आव कताओं के अनुपालन के िलए त ीर और SC / ST माणप (यिद लागू हो) की ै न की गई रं गीन छिवयां अपलोड कर:

उ ीदवार के त ीर,ह ा र, SC / ST माणप (यिद लागू हो) की ै न की गई छिवयां jpg / jpeg ा प म केवल 100 DPI के
साथ होनी चािहए। त ीर छिव का आयाम केवल 35 mm X 45 mm होना चािहए।

त ीर छिव का आकार 20KB से अिधक और 50 KB से कम होना चािहए।

त ीर छिव का ह ा र 10KB से अिधक और 40 KB से कम होना चािहए।

SC / ST माणप छिव का आकार 50 KB से अिधक और 100 KB से कम होना चािहए।

रं गीन त ीर01-01-2019 अथवा इसके बाद िकसी पेशेवर ू िडयो म ही िलया गया होना चािहए।

त ीर,ह ा र और द ावेज को CEN म िनिद सभी शत को पूरा करना चािहए| त ीर अपलोड पृ म ीकाय त ीरों के नमूने की
जाँच कर और तदनुसार अपनी त ीर अपलोड कर।

6. The photograph, signature and document should satisfy all the conditions specified in the CEN. Check
the sample of acceptable photographs in the Photo Upload page and upload your documents
accordingly.
त ीर, ह ा र तथा द ावेज, CEN म िनिद सभी शत को संतु करने चािहए। त ीर अपलोड वाले पेज म ीकाय त ीर का नमूना दे ख
और उसी के अनुसार अपनी द ावेज अपलोड कर।
 7. Once all the above stages are completed, candidate can take print of his Application.
एक बार उपरो सभी चरण पूरे हो जाने के बाद, उ ीदवार अपने आवेदन का ि ंट ले सकता है ।
