Subject: Request to use Garden Street to conduct Blossoms Carnival
The Department of Commerce is organizing a Blossoms Carnival on the 14th December 2019,
Saturday from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. The carnival is a promotional activity for Blossoms, the inter –
deanery cultural fest. We plan to conduct games and a musical performance after 1 PM.
