Description of Problem

The door to the supply closet over in Customer Service is currently jammed from the
inside. The door is only able to be opened about two inches. Due to the lights being
off inside the closet, it is not known what is blocking the door.

Description of Completed Work Order and Material Used

Brad Parsons checked out the closet over in Customer Service. He found that equipment and boxes
inside the closet had fallen over and had blocked the doorway. In order to unblock the door, Brad
was assisted by one of his coworkers, who crawled through the dropped ceiling and into the closet.
Once inside, she was able to unblock the door by moving the items out of the way of the door.
