Respected Ma’am/Sir,

Pares Ni Pogi dba Shunem Café would like to present this letter of intent which indicates our formal
agreement last October 21 in renting a space inside Manila Memorial Park Dasmariñas for the operation
of our business on October 31, November 1-2.

We are the business behind the food cart, Pares Ni Pogi and the restaurant café, Shunem Café, which
has been selling since 2017. Our products will include a Beef Pares rice meal, Mami and a variety of
Yakult drinks. We will also sell ice cold beverages.

Currently, our meals and drinks sell at a range from P45 to P90, respectively.

The food carts that we plan to put up would require a power outlet for our cup sealer and light, a cooler,
table, few chairs and a food cart.

The food cart would be manned by four to six employees.

I have prepared for your review the details and the outline of the agreed terms and conditions for this
venture. The proposed terms and condition under the rent would be as follows:

1. Term: 3 days (October 31, November 1, 2)

2. Size: 3x2
3. Rent P8 000
