MY NEIGHBORHOOD

I live in a small town, it’s called Fresno, in

the department of Tolima.

I live in a small neighborhood. It’s called

Center. It’s very quiet.

In front of my house there is a small

cafeteria. Sometimes I drink coffee there.

On the corner there is an Internet Cafe.

It’s not too big.

There is a grocery store behind my house.

I often buy some fruits and vegetables there.

There isn’t any shopping mall or a

restaurant near my house.
 My house is about three blocks away from
the central park. The park is in front of the
church.
There aren’t public buses. It’s not
necessary.
You only take a bus if you travel to another
town.

HOW CAN I GET TO THE CHURCH, OR TO THE PARK, OR

MAYBE TO THE HOSPITAL? IT IS EASY.

If I want to go to the park, it’s near. I go down for a

block, turn on the right, go straight for a block and
turn on the left.
Go down for a block and I am at the park. It’s very
near.
All places are near here. The hospital is about six
blocks away from my house.

I like to live here because my neighbors are very

friendly, and all places are near.
