Dear Customer Service Representative:

This past summer I purchased J5V Rubber Football – Junior Size for my cousin as a birthday
present from Toys-R-Us in Mesa, AZ. The advertisement in the paper was very appealing, since
it showed 8 year olds playing catch. Bandwagon drew my attention to this product. At the party,
we were both very excited to begin tossing this football around. However, within the first 10
minutes of passing the football, it landed on the ground and the seam broke. We were not able to
use it anymore. My cousin was very disappointed.

Since this product was defective, I would like you to replace the football. Thank you for your
assistance in reconciling this problem.
