Please refer to your application for admission to the Ph.D. Programme in the Department of Civil & Environmental
Engineering of this Institute. You are requested to appear for the written test/interview according to the following

Accommodation for the : The candidates will be provided accommodation in hostel on request, depending

Please bring all your ORIGINAL certificates including GATE or CSIR/UGC-JRF (NET) documents and category
certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates) for verification. OBC candidates belonging to the non-
creamy layer are to bring relevant documents in support of their status. Those candidates whose final results
are yet to be declared are being called for interview provisionally and if selected, the admission will be provisional
subject to fulfilment of the required eligibility.
Please note that call for interview does not guarantee you a seat in the PhD programme in the Department. (or

Candidates are called for test/interview provisionally. They will be allowed to appear in written test subject to
submission of hard copy of application forms and/or enclosures/payment of proof (if not submitted) at the time of
