The die opening V should be 6 up to 12 times of -mE- A esstnee

the material thickness t. It also dictates the force/
pressure F needed for air bending. For the choice of
the opening V must be considered also the shortest
flange b and the angle. By a smaller die opening V
the inside radius r, will be smaller.
With the below shown table of force and the formu-
las you can calculate the appropriate values.
