*** All the documents under various criteria heads should be authenticated with necessary

signature and seal.

Criteria 1:
 Vision and Mission statements on the website should exactly same as in the SAR Report.
 Authenticated documents should be produced to show that the vision and mission were
widely circulated for awareness and dissemination among the stake holders i.e. students,
parents, industries, alumni and alumni entrepreneurs. printout of sample emails to the
stake holders (with relevant back dates), department level circulars on notice boards etc.
 Prepare students of all currents Semesters for POs, PEOs.
 Generate back dated documents of SWOT analysis , brainstorming sessions for defining
POs, PEOs at the department level, Also generate minutes of such meeting, bills of
refreshments during such meetings.
 Generate back dated documents (back dated printout of sample emails, letters from
industry, alumin, parents etc) of the opinions of stakeholders and highlight that by
combining their individual opinions, the POs, PEOs etc were defined.
