follow the steps properly for successfull installation of "Xilinx_ISE_DS_Win_14.7"

steps:
1. Extract the "Xilinx_ISE_DS_Win_14.7.tar" and "Xilinx_ISE_14.7_Crack.rar"
file.
2. Run the "xsetup.exe" as administrator by right clicking on the xsetup.exe file
from the extracted folder.
3. then installer will open, click next.
4. now accept the both liccense agreements by clicking on the check box, now
click next.
5. now there will be another license agreement box, do as previous.
6. click next-next-next-install now the installation will start.
7. after completing the installation "Xilinx License Configuration Manager" will
open, there select the "Locate Existing License(s)" and click next.
8. now here select "Load License" and locate the "xilinx_ise.lic" from the crack
folder.
