UP scheme benefits girl child at 6 stages

‘MukhyaMantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana’ is an important initiative of Hon’ble
Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh to help girl child and eliminate the social vices
and discrimination like female feticide, skewed sex ratio, child marriage and
negative mindset for girls in the family etc prevalent in the society, which are
barriers for girls and women to achieve their fundamental rights including
protection, health and education.
This is a conditional cash transfer scheme that ensures social security to the
girl child along with her development. In this scheme girl child can have
monetary benefits in six stages:-
STAGE 1:
The girl child born on 01/04/2019 or after will be benefited with Rs.
2000/- One Time. Girl child should be born on 01/04/2019 or after
01/04/2019.

से लाभवन्न्तत ककया जायेगा |
STAGE 2:
The girl child who has received full immunization and is not born before
01/04/2018 will be benefited with Rs. 1000/- One Time and girl child age
should be less than to 2 years.
न्जस बाललका को पूर्ण टीकाकरर् प्राप्त हुआ है और न्जसका जन्म 01/04/2018 से पहले
नहीीं हुआ है , उसे रू0 1000 एक मुश्त घन से लाभान्न्वत ककया जाएगा और बाललका की
आयु 2 वर्ण से कम होनी चाहहए।
STAGE 3:
The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 1 during the current academic
year will be benefited with Rs. 2000/- One Time and girl child age should
be greater than or equal to 3 years.
चालू शैक्षणर्क वर्ण के दौरान कक्षा 1 में दाणिला लेने वाली बाललका को रू0 2000 एक मश्ु त
घन से लाभान्न्वत ककया जाएगा और बाललका की आयु 3 वर्ण से अधिक या उसके बराबर होनी
चाहहए।
STAGE 4:
The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 6 during the current academic year
will be benefited with Rs. 2000/- One Time and girl child age should be greater
than or equal to 7 years.

STAGE 5:
The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 9 during the current academic year
will be benefited with Rs. 3000/- One Time and girl child age should be greater
than or equal to 10 years.

STAGE 6:
The girl who has passed standard 10/12 and has enrolled into a bachelor
degree/ at least 2 years of certified diploma course in the current academic
year will be benefited with Rs. 5000/- One Time and girl child age should
greater than or equal to 12 year.
वह बाललका न्जसने 10/12 वीीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है और वतणमान शैक्षणर्क वर्ण में स्नातक डिग्री /
कम से कम 2 वर्ण के प्रमाणर्त डिप्लोमा कोसण में दाणिला ललया है, को रू0 5000 एक मुश्त
चाहहए|

Steps of operations on Portal
(Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana)
Step1. Applicants have to register him/her through the portal first.

The registration id is comprised of the following combination.
 WRYYDDnnnnnnn (13 digit)
 Women (W) , Applicant Type (U(Urban)/R(Rural)) , Year (YY)
 District Code (DD) , 7 digit Serial Number (nnnnnnn )
Step 2. Applicant must add beneficiary for availing different benefits.

The beneficiary id is comprised of the following combination.
 WRYYDDnnnnnnnn (14 digit)
 Women (W) , Applicant Type (U(Urban)/R(Rural)) , Year (YY)
 District Code (DD) , 8 digit Serial Number (nnnnnnnn) ,
 No of beneficiary (1)
Step 3. After adding beneficiary applicant must fill the application
depending on the criteria. The application no is comprised of the

following combination.
 YYDDSnnnnnnn (12 digit)
 Year (YY) ,District Code (DD) , Scheme Type (B/V/F/S/N/G), 7

digit Serial Number (nnnnnnn)
UNIQUENESS OF BENEFICIARY IN THE WEB PORTAL
1. If applicant is Father/Mother, first priority for bank detail must be of

mothers but if she is not then it father’s bank account will be
considered.
2. If mother and father both are not live and applicant is guardian
then bank detail of guardian should be necessary.
3. If the girl child is adult then she herself can apply for the benefits
and her bank detail should be necessary.
* Documents during Applicant Registration:

❖ Address Proof – Scan copy
❖ Identity Proof
❖ Voter id – Scan copy(optional)
❖ Bank A/c No. and Passbook Scan Copy (Mother & Father or Guardian or
Self)
❖ Death Certificate (in case of mother or father is not alive)
* Documents during Online Application under Scheme:

❖ Latest Girl Child Photo
❖ Affidavit Certificate
❖ Joint Family Photo
* Document Required for Stage - 1

1. Latest photo of girl child.
2. Joint photo of girl child with applicant.
3. Affidavit on prescribed format.
4. Birth Certificate.
Validation Required for Stage - 1
1. Girl child should be born on 01/04/2019 or after 01/04/2019.
2. Application must be apply within 6 month birth of the girl child .

4. Immunization Card.

1. Girl child should be born on 01/04/2018 or after 01/04/2018.
2. Girl child age should be less than 2 year.

4. Admission certificate for class 1st.
5. Scanned copy of aadhaar card(optional).

1. Girl child age should be 3+ year .
2. Application must apply till 31st July of the same financial year as of
admission or within 45 days of last date of admission whichever is later.

4. Admission certificate for class 6th.
Validation Required for Stage-4
2. Application must apply till 31st July of the same year as of admission or
within 45 days of last date of admission whichever is later.

4. Admission certificate for class 9th.

2. Application must apply till 30st September of the same year as of admission
or within 45 days of last date of registration in board of the same year
whichever is later.

4. 10th /12th Certificate/Mark sheet.
5. ID of Institution.
6. Admission fee receipt in Degree/Diploma course.
Validation Required for Stage-6

1. Girl child age should be 12+ year.
2. Application must apply till 30st September of the same year as of admission
or within 45 days of last date of admission whichever is later.
