The recipe is easy, the tamalitos verdes are an preparation of Peruvian origin, especially

in Piura.
The tamalitos verdes have corn, cilantro and spinach

Ingredients
2 kilograms corn
2 cups cilantro
1 oinion

1 tomato
2 yellow chili peppers

1 cup spinach
1 garlic clove
1 cups vegetable oil

First process corn, cilantro, and spinach in a grain grinder. You can use the blender .
Put processed corn in a bowl, next add oil, stirring gently with a spatula, until smooth.
then add some salt and pepper.
Next clean green corn husks and proceed to make the tamales, then the processed corn
wraps with the green corn husks
Next put the tamalitos and two orthree cups water, the tamalitos cover with more green
corn husks and bring to a boil, covered. Cook for twenty-five minutes or thirty minutes.
Finally turn off the heat and let cool.
