Mísečky, Hromovka and Svatý Petr, where a great U-ramp has been built for them.
Even the world’s best snowboarders cannot resist something like this. You can look forward to see-
ing the best of the best at Snow Jam or during the Špindl Spring Session, for example.

When buying seasonal, children, senior and junior cards and claiming discounts, the
card holder needs to prove his or her age with an ID card. The ski pass is not trans-
ferable, and cannot be lent or sold to anyone else. If an unauthorized person uses
the ski pass, the pass will be confiscated or blocked without compensation. Operator
reserves the right to change prices.
Beim Kauf von Saison-, Kinder-, Senioren- und Juniorenkarten sowie bei gewünschten
Preisnermäßigungen muss das Alter des Kartenbenutzers durch den Personalausweis
oder einen anderen persönlichen Ausweis und vom Kartenbenutzer selbst nachgewiesen
werden. Dauerkarten sind nicht übertragbar und dürfen daher weder verliehen noch ver-

Respect for other skiers
Every skier or snowboarder must always behave in such a way so that he/she

Choice of route
A skier or snowboarder coming from behind must choose his/her route in such
a way that he/she does not endanger skiers or snowboarders aheadz.

Der von hinten kommende Skifahrer und Snowboarder muss seine Fahrspur so
wählen, dass er vor ihm fahrende Skifahrer und Snowboarder nicht gefährdet.
Entering and starting
Every skier or snowboarder entering a marked run or starting again after stop-
ping on the slopes must look up and down the slopes to make sure that he/she
can do so without endangering himself/herself or others.
Einfahren, Anfahren und hangaufwärts Fahren
Jeder Skifahrer und Snowboarder, der in eine Abfahrt einfahren, nach einem
Halt wieder anfahren oder hangaufwärts schwingen oder fahren will, muss
sich nach oben und unten vergewissern, dass er dies ohne Gefahr für sich und

Control of speed and skiing or snowboarding
Every skier or snowboarder must move at a safe distance and with regard to
how far he/she can see. He/she must adapt his/her speed and manner of ski-
ing or snowboarding to his/her personal ability and to the prevailing condi-
tions of terrain, snow and weather as well as to the density of traffic.

A skier or snowboarder may overtake another skier or snowboarder above or
below and to the right or to the left provided that he/she leaves enough space
for the overtaken skier or snowboarder to make any voluntary or involuntary
movement.

Überholt werden darf von oben oder unten, von rechts oder von links, aber im-
mer nur mit einem Abstand, der dem überholten Skifahrer oder Snowboarder
für alle seine Bewegungen genügend Raum lässt.
Stopping
Unless absolutely necessary, a skier or snowboarder must avoid stopping on a
piste in narrow places or where visibility is restricted. After falling, the skier or
snowboarder must move clear of such a place as soon as possible.
Anhalten
Jeder Skifahrer und Snowboarder muss es vermeiden, sich ohne Not an en-

a rope when cable-reel equipment is used! The operator reserves the right to close or reduce access to slopes in keeping with climatic and
operational conditions. Skiing and snowboarding is only allowed on marked, open trails. Skiing and snowboarding is at your own risk. All users of
trails and transport equipment must follow the instructions of Ski Resort employees.

The Alpine Ski World Cup will come to our site once again. The giant slalom will take place on the
Black Downhill Course on Friday 11 March 2011 and the slalom will take place on 12 March 2011. Come
to support Šárka Záhrobská and other female representatives in their competition with the world’s top
skiers. Admission to places for standing will be for free.
Der Weltcup in den alpinen Disziplinen kommt wieder in unser Skiareal. Am Freitag, dem
11. 3. 2011 werden auf der Schwarzen Piste der Riesenslalom und am Samstag, dem 12. 3. 2011 der
Slalom ausgetragen. Kommen Sie und unterstützen Sie Šárka Záhrobská und die anderen Skifahrerin-
nen im Kampf mit der Weltspitze. Der Eintritt auf Stehplätze ist frei.

It is an excellent place for active relaxation, sport and entertainment, not only in winter, but all year
round. Its hiking trails through the Giant Mountains are a popular destination for thousands of visitors
every year.
The Svatý Petr – the Pláň chair lift trail (1,196 meters above the sea level) is an ideal starting point for hiking
in the hills – it is also the starting point for the hikes to Luční Hut and Sněžka Mountain – and the chair lift
at Medvědín (1,235 meters above the sea level) which is the starting point for hiking to the source of the
headwaters of the Elbe River.

Hier werden nicht nur in der Wintersaison Ihre Ansprüche an eine aktive Erholung in der Freizeit,
Unterhaltung und im Sport in die Realität umgesetzt, sondern auch in der wärmeren Jahreszeit. Die
Wanderwege auf den Kämmen des Riesengebirges sind ein beliebtes alljährliches Ziel von Tausenden von
Besuchern.
Der ideale Start für Touren auf den Bergkämmen sind die Sesselbahn Pláň (1196 m ü. M.), wie z. B. für
Touren auf die Wiesenbaude/Luční Bouda und die Schneekoppe/Sněžka, sowie die Sesselbahn Bärhübel/
lanovka bzw. lanová dráha oder LD Medvědín (1235 m. ü. M.) als Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour zur
Elbquelle/Pramen Labe.
