PESTO

1 package basil
2 cups parmigiano
1 almonds
6 cups oil (pomace olive oil)
2 heads garlic

the right procedure is first to drop


the garlic from the top of the food
processor so it gets really thin.
Then add the almonds and 1 cup of
oil. let it spin for 1 minute. Then
add half the previously washed
basil and 2 more cups of oil. let it
run for 1 minute and add the
remaining basil with one more cup
of oil, give it a minute. Add 2 cups
of parmigiano and the remaining
cup of oil, one more minute and its
done. Pour it in the container, cover
with a little oil and its all done.
