The Role
Senior Executive – IT Support | Savanta, Delhi

As Senior IT Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for IT queries and
responsible for delivering an efficient service. You’ll assist with all desktop support queries in a
Microsoft Windows environment, while taking ownership of user administration and
compliance with our ISO 27001 standards.

In this internal-facing role, you’ll report to the Global IT Director based in our London HQ and
work closely with our growing India Operations team. More specifically, your core
responsibilities will extend to:

 Troubleshooting and solving user support issues – software and hardware;


 Ensuring service request tickets are resolved in a timely manner and escalated
appropriately to the Global IT Support Team;
 Configuration, deployment and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile and
telephone equipment;
 Ensure devices are properly patched and maintained and that all logs are checked as
part of our health controls;
 Managing of our asset register including phones, laptops and account logins;
 Implementing procedures in compliance with global security and privacy policies;
 Organising and maintaining all important documentation and information;
 Monitoring server logs and reports and identifying potential risks.

About You

multiple functions in a fast-paced, growing business, this role is ideally suited to a diligent and
outgoing individual with a hunger for continuous learning and improvement.

A first-class IT support service is essential for the commercial success of the business. The
successful candidate will therefore be an experienced Senior Support Engineer who is equally
at ease with hands-on desktop support as with taking ownership of the IT Support function.

Additionally, applicants should demonstrate:

 A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions;


 Excellent technical knowledge of Windows 10 PCs hardware and software;
 Working proficiency in SaaS platforms such as Azure and Office 365;
 Ability to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-
technical team members;
 Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately and always operate
with a high level of customer service;
 Education to Degree level or qualification through experience in IT support;
 Working Proficiency in English alongside excellent verbal and written
communication skills;
 A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, high level of attention to detail; and strong work ethic;
 Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced and growing environment;
 Flexibility to work a shift pattern aligned to UK and Eastern US time zones.
